At Biomedica, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have 1 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
- Consumables, hygiene-related or single-use products (such as CPAP masks, filters, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
- No returns are accepted for customized or specially ordered products.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
