Baldness Treatment at the Hair Clinic in Tunisia
Hair transplantation is a simple method for improving appearance. At our clinic, this procedure is performed in a controlled environment, under the supervision of an anesthesiologist, in compliance with the cleanliness and safety standards required for any surgical procedure.
This procedure is one of the aesthetic treatments offered to men at our affiliated clinic.
Hair transplantation surgery is performed by a qualified physician or cosmetic surgeon, assisted by a team of two to three medical assistants specialized in the preparation and management of hair transplant procedures.
It can be performed either as a stand-alone procedure or in combination with a nanofat injection.
Causes of Baldness: When baldness occurs at a young age, particularly between the ages of 25 and 35, it is generally attributed to genetic factors, called androgenetic alopecia. This type of hair loss is associated with the male hormone.
After the age of 50, hair loss is considered a common phenomenon, affecting approximately 50% of the male population.
The first areas affected by hair loss are the sides of the forehead and the vertex (top) of the head. The nape of the neck generally remains untouched, which is why follicular units are harvested from this area.
The goal is to treat a bald spot using hair taken from one or more areas of the scalp with relatively high follicular density. The main donor area is located at the back of the scalp, commonly called the crown.
At the crown, the hair is structured to last as long as possible.

- The DHI method or Direct Hair Implantation.
