The Lumis 150 VPAP ST is a non-invasive ventilator with iVAPS mode. This mode is specifically designed for non-dependent patients with obstructive or restrictive respiratory conditions.

ResMed's iVAPS mode is unique. It focuses not on a target volume, but rather on a target minute ventilation. This takes into account the patient's anatomical space. iVAPS mode adjusts the support based on each patient's varying needs. To do this, it uses an alveolar ventilation target. The iBR target rate algorithm is also used to optimize synchronization and treatment comfort.

The Lumis 150 VPAP ST offers a new feature for iVAPS mode: AutoEPAP. When AutoEPAP is activated, iVAPS mode monitors the upper airway with each breath. This allows for personalized ventilation delivery to the patient.

The Lumis 150 VPAP ST was designed for ease of use and titration. It utilizes the Air10 platform, which includes humidification and a remote monitoring module. This allows for remote monitoring.
